Remove pink liner from adhesive side of material 2. All designs must be cut in reverse 3. Preheat garment in heat press at 305F degrees for 4 seconds 4. Position Reflect-ALL application on garment 5. Heat apply at 305F degrees for 5 seconds, medium pressure 6. Peel hot 7. Cover with Teflon Sheet 8. Re-heat apply at 305F degrees for 5 seconds 9. Peel Hot
